Ready To Bring Fresh Ideas and Forward Thinking To Your Bank?

Ray Adler is available to speak at your annual banking or leadership conference or facilitate your executive off-site.

RAY ADLER – FOUNDER & CEO

From virtually every angle today, bankers are being told they need to change. Being told you need to change has limited value, especially when you hear it over and over. Being taught how to change is invaluable!

Instead of simply telling his bank clients they must change to survive and prosper, Ray Adler teaches them how to change. With over 25 years of senior-level consulting experience, Ray helps direct and guide the actions of executive and middle management through the process of evolving, honing and growing themselves and their organizations.

One of Ray’s favorite quotes is “Organizations don’t change, executives and employees change and as a result, the organization changes.” Herein lays the art and science behind Ray’s work, creating an environment where executives and employees feel motivated and engaged in the change process.

As founder and CEO of BTI Growth Advisors, Ray helps regional, business and community banks identify and implement the right strategic changes needed to take their bank to the next level. Regardless of whether a bank needs to increase deposits to fund loans or put more earning assets on the books or a combination, the principals and consultants of BTI provide a unique process and framework for increasing enterprise and shareholder value through aligning a bank’s culture, strengthening the leadership and through the honing of a bank’s business banking and C&I lending functions.

Ray has been a frequent keynote and guest speaker at National and State banking conferences speaking on thought-leadership, organizational change, leadership, sales management, consultative selling strategies, branding and differentiation.

Ray serves on the Board of Directors for the International Cancer Advocacy Network, an organization he joined after losing his second wife to cancer after only a few years of marriage. He is also an avid golfer enjoys the symphony and the performing arts, and takes time to indulge his fondness for writing, meditation and yoga whenever he can.

Since founding “BTI” in 1999, Ray and his team of consultants and trainers have successfully worked with a number of commercial, regional, business and community banks including:
