Since 1992, Ray has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia serving as a consultant to senior management as well as presenting custom-designed seminars and workshops. Besides being an accomplished author, Ray has trained and coached over 20,000 executives, managers, supervisors and sales professionals. Ray has also delivered numerous keynote speeches on organizational change, executive/management development, leadership, peak performance, developing the attitude of a winner, consultative sales techniques and providing exceptional customer care. Prior to founding BTI, Ray worked with such noted corporations as Andersen Consulting, AT&T, Toyota, Ameritech, The Stanford Research Institute, Bank of America, Kaiser Permanente, and The US Attorney General's Office. He has served on many Boards of Directors.
